Welcome to my Spiritual blog! I'd like to introduce to a world of Spiritual Healing, Energy Work and Spiritual Coaching based on the emphasis of connecting to what matters to you most, and to live into a world that is lead by love, by God, and by spirit. I had offered these sessions in private practice to my clients who lived local to Chester County, as I was working out of my home in Phoenixville/Valley Forge, at the time. The previous business was called Heal Your Heart, LLC and the website was www.healyourheart.net,  and since has been taken over by someone new. It has been about 9 years since I was offering these practices and living in Valley Forge, and I have grown a lot, taken on new trainings and have more skills to offer.


Originally I had gotten into this work to cure a muscle condition I had at the time. Now, with an even deeper awareness, I realize this work can heal our entire selves. I highly believe in Healing at the core and having the determination, strength and will to allow oneself to seek the help he or she needs, and to trust that health and wellness makes it all possible.
